NeverLost is a service of Cannaday Holdings LLC (“NeverLost,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you use neverlostlead.com, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.

Information we collect

We collect only what you give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, that is your name, your company name, your mobile phone number, your email address, and your answer about monthly lead volume.

When you check the consent box, we also record the date and time of your consent, the IP address the submission came from, and the browser you used. We keep those records to show that consent was given, which our messaging carriers require us to be able to prove.

Text messages

If you check the consent box, we will send you text messages about your inquiry. These are conversational messages about your business and about scheduling a call. Message frequency varies, typically two to five messages per inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop the messages at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will get one confirmation message and then nothing further. Reply HELP at any time for support information. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We use service providers to operate the business: a messaging provider to deliver text messages, an automation platform to route your submission, a spreadsheet or database to store it, and a calendar tool to schedule calls. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent, trade, or hand your contact details to anyone else for their own marketing.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry by text, email, or phone
• To determine whether our service is a fit for your business
• To schedule and hold a consultation call
• To keep records of consent as our carriers require

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we are in contact with you and for two years afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Consent and opt-out records are kept longer where we are required to retain them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email charlie@neverlostlead.com and we will take care of it. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
